The Henry Luce Foundation’s Religion and Theology program seeks to deepen public knowledge of religion and draw on the wisdom of faith traditions to advance shared understanding. The program supports projects that strengthen understanding of the diversity of American religion, promote civil public conversations, and stimulate faith-rooted efforts to envision and build a more just, compassionate, and democratic world. Funding is available for organizations and institutions working in partnership with scholars, faith leaders, journalists, artists, museum curators, and communities of faith.
