Description
This fellowship provides an intensive three-month educational and observational experience for young thoracic surgeons from mainland China at leading North American institutions. Fellows will observe minimally invasive and robotic thoracic surgery in the operating room, attend teaching conferences, and form professional relationships with faculty. The program is designed to enhance clinical skills and exposure to advanced thoracic surgical techniques, supporting the career development of early-career surgeons.
