Description
The Tirone E. David International Fellowship, administered by the American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS) Foundation, is designed to support early- and mid-career international cardiac surgeons by providing opportunities for advanced observational training at leading North American institutions. The fellowship also includes a component in which a North American cardiac surgeon-mentor visits the recipient’s home institution to provide further training, education, or research support.
