Description
The Toxic Exposures Investigator-Initiated Research Award (FY24 TERP IIRA) funds research projects that aim to make significant contributions toward understanding and improving patient care for diseases or conditions associated with military-related toxic exposures. This opportunity supports a broad range of research phases, including:
- Basic laboratory research
- Translational research
- Preclinical studies using animal models
- Human subject research
- Correlative studies linked to existing clinical trials
