This seminar, organized by the Council of American Overseas Research Centers (CAORC) in partnership with the American Institute of Indian Studies and Tennessee State University's Center of Excellence for Land, Water, and Resource Management, provides a unique international faculty development opportunity. Participants will engage in a two-week program in India (May 10–23, 2026), exploring sustainable agriculture, forestry, climate resilience, biodiversity, and environmental innovation. The seminar includes site visits to Indian universities, research institutes, and NGOs, as well as cultural excursions, with the aim of fostering professional relationships, collaborative research, and institutional partnerships. A key expectation is that participants will develop and implement a project to advance internationalization on their home campus within a year of the seminar.
