This program provides funding to states, local and Tribal governments, and eligible nonprofit organizations to support training, outreach, cross-training, technical assistance, and direct services aimed at preventing and addressing domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and caregiver abuse against individuals with disabilities and Deaf people. The goal is to enhance the capacity of communities and organizations to serve these populations by increasing access to victim services, improving safety, and fostering effective partnerships.
