Description
This funding opportunity from the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) seeks proposals to strengthen the capacity of the United States and partner countries with Agreements of Reciprocal Trade (ARTs) to detect and disrupt transshipment practices that evade U.S. and partner countries' import prohibitions on goods made with forced labor. The program aims to identify and analyze high-risk supply chains, develop protocols for the private sector to monitor and prevent transshipment, and, where appropriate, support increased worker awareness of labor rights. The award will be issued as a cooperative agreement, with substantial involvement from DRL in project execution and oversight.
