Key Information: Preliminary data and CBPR approach required; Early-Career Investigator partnering option available.
This opportunity funds clinical trials focused on traumatic brain injury (TBI) and psychological health conditions, aiming to improve prevention, assessment, and treatment through clinical applications such as health care products, technologies, and practice guidelines. Projects must be clinical trials (preclinical research is not supported) and require a community-based participatory research (CBPR) approach. Two funding levels are available: Level 1 for proof-of-principle, pilot, and early-phase trials, and Level 2 for larger-scale, advanced trials. The Early-Career Investigator Partnering Option allows for dual principal investigators, one of whom must be early-career.
