The Traumatic Brain Injury and Psychological Health Research Program (TBIPHRP) funds innovative, clinically relevant research to advance the prevention, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and psychological health (PH) conditions. The program targets research that addresses knowledge gaps, develops objective assessment tools and biomarkers, creates crosscutting prevention strategies, and supports military and family readiness. TBIPHRP encourages projects that accelerate translational science and improve evidence-based practices, with a strong focus on military service members, veterans, and their families.
