Description
This funding opportunity, administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Native American Affairs (ONAA), seeks proposals from Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), tribal-serving institutions, community colleges on or near tribal lands, and trade/vocational schools serving tribal communities. The program aims to deliver innovative, hands-on, in-person manufacturing training and technical assistance to rapidly reskill employees of 8(a) and HUBZone eligible small businesses. The initiative is part of the Empower to Grow (E2G) Program (formerly known as the 7(j) Management and Technical Assistance Program) and is designed to strengthen manufacturing capacity and workforce development in Native American and tribal communities.
