Description
The Tribal Cultural Council (TCC) Program, administered by the Mass Cultural Council, empowers Tribal governments across Massachusetts to support arts, humanities, and science projects that benefit Native American and Indigenous communities. Modeled after the Local Cultural Council Program, the TCC initiative prioritizes local autonomy, enabling each Tribal Cultural Council to set its own priorities and eligibility criteria in response to community needs. Funds are regranted by TCCs to projects that strengthen cultural vitality, community well-being, and address local priorities.
