Description
The Tribal Management Grant (TMG) Program provides competitive funding to federally recognized Indian Tribes and Tribal Organizations to build capacity for assuming all or part of Indian Health Service (IHS) programs, functions, services, and activities. The program is designed to help Tribes and Tribal organizations (T/TOs) prepare for self-determination contracts or further develop health management infrastructure. Funding supports planning, feasibility studies, evaluation, and health management system development, enabling T/TOs to improve health care delivery and administration.
