This program provides funding to Indian Tribes, Tribal consortia, Tribal organizations, and Tribal nonprofit organizations to establish, maintain, and expand services that address the needs of adult, youth, and child victims of sexual assault in Tribal communities. Funded activities may include intervention, advocacy, accompaniment, support services, and related assistance for victims and their family or household members, excluding perpetrators. The program aims to enhance victim safety, improve access to culturally relevant services, and strengthen Tribal capacity to respond to sexual assault.
