--- ## Description This opportunity provides one-time grants to eligible tribal governments, organizations, and consortia to develop Title IV-E plans for foster care, adoption assistance, and guardianship assistance programs. The funding supports activities necessary for tribes to meet federal requirements for Title IV-E plan approval, including developing data systems, cost-allocation methodologies, agency and tribal court procedures, and other planning costs. Recipients must submit a completed Title IV-E plan to the Department of Health and Human Services within 24 months of the project start. --- ## Due Dates - Application deadline: August 4, 2025 (11:59 pm Eastern Time) *All dates are projected based on the annual cycle; check the program page for updates.* --- ## Funding Amount - Estimated total program funding: $1,500,000 - Expected number of awards: 5 - Award range: $150,000 (minimum) to $300,000 (maximum) per award - Project period: Up to 24 months - No cost sharing or matching required --- ## Eligibility - Eligible applicants: - Federally recognized Native American tribal governments - Native American tribal organizations (other than federally recognized tribal governments) - Tribal consortia - Applications from individuals and foreign entities are not eligible and will be disqualified.
