This award provides research funding for graduate students conducting studies in periglacial geology. If no suitable applications are received in periglacial geology, the award may instead support research in any area of Quaternary geology or geomorphology. The award is given annually and is part of the broader GSA Graduate Student Research Grant Program, with recipients selected by the QG&G Division’s Management Board.
