Description
This funding opportunity, part of the Creative Europe MEDIA Strand, supports independent European audiovisual production companies in the development and production of high-quality fiction projects intended for television and online platforms. The grant aims to foster cross-border cooperation, stimulate innovative content and financing strategies, and encourage broad international distribution. Projects must demonstrate strong collaboration among partners from different Creative Europe MEDIA countries and present robust strategies for sustainability, gender balance, inclusion, and diversity.
Eligible projects should be drama films (single or series) with a minimum total duration of 90 minutes, intended primarily for TV or online exploitation (not theatrical release). The initiative is designed to strengthen the independence of producers relative to broadcasters and digital platforms, and to facilitate co-productions with significant international circulation potential.
