This postdoctoral fellowship, led by Dr. Kristine Yaffe and the UCSF Center for Population Brain Health, offers early-career researchers the opportunity to advance their careers by conducting innovative epidemiological research on Alzheimer’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease-related dementias (AD/ADRD), cognitive aging, and brain health. Fellows will join a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with faculty in epidemiology, neurology, psychiatry, geriatrics, and biostatistics. The program emphasizes population-based methods, longitudinal data analysis, and innovative epidemiologic and data science approaches. Fellows will receive expert mentorship, lead original research projects, and participate in career development activities, including seminars, manuscript and grant writing, and presentations at scientific conferences.
