Description
This funding opportunity is a Notice of Intent to award a cooperative agreement to the National Association of State Workforce Agencies' Center for Employment Security Education and Research (NASWA/CESER) for the continued operation of the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Integrity Center of Excellence. The UI Integrity Center’s mission is to provide training, technical assistance, and innovative resources to state agencies to improve UI program integrity, prevent improper payments, reduce fraud, and facilitate rapid alerts about new fraud schemes. The Center has operated under NASWA/CESER since 2017, serving as a national resource for program integrity strategies and tools for state unemployment insurance programs.
