This opportunity funds innovative digital health projects that foster personalised, human-centric remote care or contribute to the advancement of European Health Data Spaces. The grant is part of the UNITE European Digital Health Valleys initiative, aiming to stimulate interregional collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the deployment of digital health technologies across select European regions. Projects must be collaborative, involving multiple organisations from different regions, and should address one of two main challenges: (1) advancing personalised and human-centred remote care, or (2) enhancing the interoperability and use of health data across Europe.
