--- ## Description This funding opportunity supports the development and implementation of innovative digital health solutions that advance personalized, human-centered remote healthcare and foster the growth of European Health Data Spaces. It is part of the UNITE European Digital Health Valleys initiative, which aims to connect regional innovation valleys and stimulate cross-regional collaboration in digital health.
