--- ## Description This program, funded by the U.S. Embassy Bishkek Public Diplomacy Section, seeks to increase English language proficiency throughout the Kyrgyz Republic. The goal is to strengthen the capacity of high school and university English teachers to reach B2 level fluency or higher, expand student access to highly proficient English teachers (including native speakers), and promote knowledge of American culture and business practices. The ultimate aim is to better prepare Kyrgyz youth for collaboration with U.S. companies and to open up opportunities for U.S. investment and economic cooperation.
