--- ## Description This opportunity, offered by the U.S. Embassy Bishkek Public Diplomacy Section, seeks proposals that promote American leadership and innovation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in the Kyrgyz Republic. The program aims to expand rural STEM educational opportunities, equip educators with U.S.-aligned teaching methods, modernize curricula, and foster partnerships between Kyrgyz and U.S. STEM organizations. The overarching goal is to position the United States as the partner of choice for STEM innovation in Kyrgyzstan, support economic development, and reduce outmigration by creating domestic opportunities in STEM fields. Proposed projects should demonstrate a strong American element, such as collaboration with U.S. experts, institutions, or businesses, and clearly articulate how these U.S. ties will advance the program’s objectives.
