The U.S. Embassy Jerusalem Public Diplomacy Annual Program Statement (APS) is an open competition for cooperative agreements supporting projects that further U.S. economic, commercial, and security interests among Palestinian audiences. The program is designed to strengthen ties between the United States and the Palestinian people, focusing on strategic goals such as economic development, health-tech cooperation, Christian tourism, educational technology, and media capacity-building to counter malign influences and promote free speech.
