--- ## Description The U.S. Embassy Libreville Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) Annual Program Statement invites proposals for small grants that advance U.S.–Gabon relations by promoting shared values, bilateral cooperation, and U.S. foreign policy objectives. The program aims to make the United States and Gabon safer, stronger, and more prosperous, and to showcase American excellence in fields such as technology, business, education, and culture.
