The U.S. Embassy Suva Annual Program Statement (APS) invites proposals for projects that advance U.S. foreign policy priorities and deepen bilateral or regional cooperation between the United States and Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, and Tuvalu. The program seeks to fund activities that strengthen economic, scientific, educational, cultural, and security ties. All proposals must demonstrate a clear connection to or inclusion of American experts, organizations, institutions, or cultural elements that promote greater understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives.
