This award provides U.S. higher education administrators an opportunity to participate in a two-week, fully funded seminar in Japan. The program is designed to deepen participants' understanding of Japan’s higher education system, society, and culture. Activities include briefings, campus visits, meetings with government officials, and engagement with Japanese international education professionals. The seminar aims to foster institutional capacity building, strengthen international networks, and encourage long-term exchange opportunities between U.S. and Japanese institutions. All seminar activities are pre-arranged, and full-time participation is mandatory.
