--- ## Description The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau invites proposals for its Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program. This program funds projects that foster stronger connections between the United States and the regions of Hong Kong and Macau. Funded activities should highlight shared values, promote bilateral cooperation, and must include a significant U.S. element—such as collaboration with American experts, organizations, or institutions.
