The U.S. Mission to Libya Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program, administered by the Tunis-based U.S. Libya External Office, provides funding for projects that advance mutual U.S.-Libyan interests, reinforce regional stability and security, and promote shared prosperity. This Annual Program Statement (APS) seeks proposals that directly support one or more of the following objectives:
Projects that involve alumni of U.S. Government exchange programs are strongly encouraged. All programs should focus on audiences in Libya, especially students and groups directly working on the stated goals.
