Description
The U.S. Mission to Libya Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program, administered by the Tunis-based U.S. Libya External Office, provides funding for projects that advance mutual U.S.-Libyan interests, reinforce regional stability and security, and promote shared prosperity. This Annual Program Statement (APS) seeks proposals that directly support one or more of the following objectives:
- Promote economic opportunity and U.S. collaboration
- Showcase U.S.-Libyan partnership and shared values
- Support Libya’s unity, stability, and security
Projects that involve alumni of U.S. Government exchange programs are strongly encouraged. All programs should focus on audiences in Libya, especially students and groups directly working on the stated goals.
