--- ## Description This U.S. Department of State Public Diplomacy grant opportunity supports projects that strengthen the U.S.–New Zealand relationship in science, technology, economic growth, and cultural exchange. The program seeks to fund initiatives that build organizational or institutional capacity, deepen bilateral cooperation, and promote shared values in areas such as scientific research (including Antarctica and space), innovation, critical technology, economic development (especially biotechnology and space technology), and cultural or educational engagement. Proposals should demonstrate a clear connection to U.S. expertise, organizations, or cultural elements, and must directly benefit New Zealand audiences.
