--- ## Description The U.S. Mission to Timor-Leste invites proposals for programs that foster stronger ties between the United States and Timor-Leste. Funded activities should promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives, enhance bilateral cooperation, and strengthen people-to-people connections. Projects may also focus on building economic and technological partnerships or reducing vulnerabilities to economic coercion and exploitation.
