--- ## Description This funding opportunity, administered by the Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Doha, aims to strengthen bilateral relations between the United States and Qatar through collaborative programs. The initiative is focused on four strategic themes: - **America 250**: Celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States by highlighting historical and cultural ties between the U.S. and Qatar. - **Entrepreneurship**: Promoting innovation, startup support, and economic growth. - **Emerging Technology/Artificial Intelligence**: Exploring the use of new technologies and AI to address shared challenges. - **Youth Leadership**: Empowering young leaders through training, exchanges, and civic engagement. Example projects include cultural exchanges, joint academic or technology initiatives, startup incubators, youth leadership exchanges, and partnerships between educational institutions. Proposals should target clearly defined, countable audiences and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
