The U.S. Mission to Canada, through its Public Diplomacy Section, is soliciting proposals for a cooperative agreement to implement a program connecting U.S. citizen talent—including subject matter experts, artists, cultural professionals, and current/former athletes and coaches—with Canadian audiences and institutions. The program aims to foster bilateral understanding, highlight American excellence, and advance U.S. strategic interests in Canada through direct engagement on priority topics such as economic security, defense, border security, freedom of speech, and artificial intelligence.
Activities may include in-person exchanges (ranging from two days to one week) and/or virtual programs (single or series events), with the grantee responsible for identifying, recruiting, and supporting U.S. talent in collaboration with the Embassy.
