--- ## Description This opportunity aims to improve the business and investment climate for U.S. companies in Ukraine by strengthening educational partnerships between U.S. and Ukrainian institutions. The focus is on modernizing Ukraine’s workforce through enhanced technical and vocational training, particularly for war veterans, mid-career professionals, and specialists needing retraining. U.S. partner institutions are expected to contribute expertise in curriculum development, workforce development courses, short-term certificate programs, and full degree offerings that align with current labor market demands.
