--- ## Description The U.S. Mission to Ukraine, through its Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) at the U.S. Embassy Kyiv, invites proposals from Ukrainian and U.S.-registered non-profit, non-governmental organizations for projects that revitalize or establish city-to-city (sister city) partnerships between Ukrainian and American communities. This initiative is closely aligned with the United States–Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund and is designed to promote sustainable partnerships that encourage U.S. investment, support Ukraine's postwar recovery, and deepen bilateral cooperation to counter authoritarian influence. Key program objectives include: - Fostering partnerships between local governments in both countries to reinforce democratic governance and legal frameworks. - Promoting economic development through business-to-business ties, trade, and investment. - Advancing collaboration in strategic technology and security sectors. - Strengthening people-to-people ties through cultural and educational exchanges.
