The UW Global Innovation Fund (GIF) provides seed funding to support projects that advance interdisciplinary research, global learning, and curricular innovation at the University of Washington. The fund encourages proposals that cross academic boundaries, foster international collaboration, and build global engagement through a variety of award categories. These include research, global learning, study abroad/away, teaching and curriculum, and collaborative online international learning (COIL).
