--- ## Description This opportunity provides funding for the implementation and enhancement of Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) operations. VTCs are specialized court programs that connect justice-involved veterans to treatment for substance use disorders, mental health disorders, co-occurring conditions, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and traumatic brain injury (TBI). The program aims to improve access to treatment and recovery support, reduce recidivism and overdose fatalities, and support long-term recovery among veterans who are involved in the justice system.
