Description
This opportunity funds a national training and technical assistance program aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of child abuse professionals and multidisciplinary teams in investigating, prosecuting, and responding to child abuse. The program's goal is to improve coordination among professionals such as law enforcement, prosecutors, child protective services, social workers, and probation officers, and to increase the quality and availability of intervention and treatment services for child abuse victims. The successful applicant will deliver training, develop resources and tools, and provide technical assistance on topics including child interview techniques, investigative methods, interagency coordination, and court preparation.
