This award provides U.S. scholars in the visual and performing arts the opportunity to teach, mentor, and engage with students and faculty in Egypt. Grantees will be affiliated with either the Egyptian Academy of Arts, Helwan University, or another approved host institution. Activities include teaching undergraduate or graduate courses, conducting seminars and workshops, assisting with curriculum and program development, and participating in public talks and community engagement. The program aims to deepen professional development, foster international understanding, and contribute to Egypt’s vibrant higher education and cultural landscape.
