The program emphasizes tangible results for host organizations, tailored mentorship, and professional development to support career pathways in coastal resilience, marine policy, and coastal management. The fellowship is committed to inclusivity and encourages applications from individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who have faced systemic barriers to marine and coastal careers.
