    The Washington Sea Grant Coastal Resilience Fellowship is a two-year, paid professional development program designed for early-career or career-shifting professionals interested in supporting coastal resilience in Washington State. Fellows are placed with local host organizations—such as tribes, nonprofits, municipalities, and special districts—where they work closely with mentors on projects aimed at addressing coastal hazards, climate adaptation, and resilience strategies.
