Description
The Wayne & Karen Calvert Health and Wellness Fund supports organizations and projects addressing health and wellness in Jasper and Newton counties. Offered through the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, the program is part of the Joplin Regional Community Foundation’s work to improve quality of life in the Joplin area through grantmaking and community leadership.
The regional foundation’s board brings knowledge of the area to its work, while grant decisions for this opportunity are made by the Wayne & Karen Calvert Health and Wellness Fund Grant committee. The fund’s geographic focus directs support toward health and wellness work serving the two counties.
