Description
The Community Impact Grants program, administered by the Sturgis Area Community Foundation, is designed to fund major projects that significantly benefit communities across St. Joseph County, Michigan. The program targets initiatives that advance the Foundation’s mission to enrich local quality of life, with funding available for organizations seeking more than $5,000 for impactful projects. Priority is given to proposals that align with the Foundation’s focus areas, including educational attainment, career readiness, community development, neighborhood revitalization, housing, and talent attraction/retention. Two competitive grant cycles are offered annually, with the fall 2026 deadline set for October 1.
