Supports employment and English language training for recipients of Refugee Cash Assistance in states where Refugee Support Services will no longer operate.

--- ## Description This program provides funding to ensure that recipients of Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) in select states can access required employment services as outlined in the Immigration and Nationality Act. With the discontinuation of Refugee Support Services (RSS) in certain states beginning in FY 2027, the Wilson Fish Bridge to Employment Program (WF B2E) will offer employment training, job placement, and English language instruction to eligible individuals. Services are available to those within the first 36 months after their arrival in the U.S. or after receiving an ORR-eligible status. Approved projects may provide these services directly or via subawards. Specific states covered will be detailed in the forthcoming Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). --- ## Due Dates - July 2026 (anticipated/projected): Full application deadline. Electronically submitted applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on the listed application due date. *All dates are projected based on the annual cycle; check the program page for updates.* --- ## Funding Amount - Estimated total program funding: $18,000,000 - Award ceiling: $14,438,363 - Award floor: $250,000 - Expected number of awards: 5 --- ## Eligibility Eligible applicants include: - State governments - County governments - City or township governments - Special district governments - Independent school districts - Public and State controlled institutions of higher education - Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized) - Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments) - Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities - Nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status (other than institutions of higher education) - Private institutions of higher education **Not eligible:** Individuals, federal entities, and foreign entities.
