Description
This opportunity funds projects that provide employment training, job placement, and English language services to recipients of Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) in states where the federal Refugee Support Services (RSS) program will no longer operate as of FY 2027. The program aims to ensure that newly arrived refugees and other ORR-eligible individuals within their first 36 months in the U.S. can access required employment services, supporting their self-sufficiency and integration. Services may be delivered directly or through subawards, and must cover the entire state in which the project operates.
