This six-day immersive program is designed for emerging and experienced leaders in the arts, heritage, and creative industries. Participants will explore leadership through Indigenous wise practices, right relations, deep listening, and self-inquiry, focusing on leadership as an ongoing process. The curriculum covers governance, strategic thinking, organizational development, cultural policy and protocols, and community engagement, all framed as interconnected elements of resilient, values-based leadership.
