The Women & Girls Fund, managed by the Community Foundation of the Rappahannock River Region, is dedicated to enriching the local community by supporting projects that address the unique and persistent needs of women and girls. Grant recommendations are made by the fund’s donor membership, and the program is designed to empower women leaders and leverage localized data for effective, targeted philanthropy.
