UN Women Lebanon is seeking proposals from qualified consortia to establish and operationalize the country's first Women in Leadership Academy. The Academy will serve as a sustainable national platform dedicated to the leadership development, mentorship, networking, and professional advancement of women leaders across Lebanon’s political, public, economic, civic, and peacebuilding sectors. The initiative aims to strengthen women’s leadership and participation in decision-making processes, fostering a more inclusive and representative public sphere. The selected consortium will be responsible for designing the Academy, delivering a structured leadership development program, and ensuring long-term sustainability and impact.
