Description
This program provides formula-based grants to states and outlying areas under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) to support the collection, analysis, and dissemination of workforce and labor market information. The goal is to improve the availability, quality, and use of workforce data for planning, policy, and program administration at the state and local levels. Funds are distributed by administrative formula and support activities such as labor market information system enhancements, data integration, and dissemination of workforce trends.
