The Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) Challenge is a major initiative by Aspen Digital, a program of the Aspen Institute, designed to discover and scale transformative solutions that help women thrive and promote equitable opportunities in the workplace. The challenge targets innovations across three pillars: Culture & Practices, AI, and Narrative, seeking ideas that can drive systemic change, improve workplace culture, leverage AI for inclusivity, and reshape workplace narratives. Supported by Pivotal and Melinda French Gates' philanthropic commitment, the WIN Challenge aims to address barriers women face and unlock broader economic and social potential.
