Description
This opportunity is a workshop hosted by the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) and supported by the National Science Foundation, designed for early-career researchers in development economics and network science. The event aims to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among emerging and established scholars through lectures by senior academics and presentations of participants' work-in-progress. The workshop will be held in Cambridge, Massachusetts on December 5, 2026, and will feature approximately twenty selected participants, including dissertation-stage doctoral students and assistant professors within five years of their PhD.
