The program enables recipients to pursue master’s degrees in development-related fields at one of 44 participating programs across 24 universities worldwide, including institutions in the United States, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Japan. The scholarship aims to build capacity in areas such as economic policy management, tax policy, infrastructure management, and other key development sectors. After completing their studies, scholars are expected to return to their home countries to apply their skills and contribute to social and economic progress.
