--- ## Description The YAC Mini-Grant program, administered by the Youth Advisory Committee of the Jackson Community Foundation, provides K–12 students in Jackson County, Michigan with the opportunity to develop and submit grant proposals for classroom-based projects. The program is designed to introduce students to the concept of a community foundation and grantmaking, offering hands-on experience in proposal writing and budgeting. Funded projects must benefit youth, encourage volunteerism, and enhance the school environment.
