The project will empower 160 young women (ages 18–35) from Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) by providing international knowledge exchange visits to the Republic of Korea. Through structured exposure, mentorship, and alumni engagement, the initiative aims to enhance participants' digital skills, leadership abilities, professional networks, and economic opportunities. The selected consortium will be responsible for all aspects of program delivery, including travel, logistics, mentorship, and post-exchange alumni activities.
